This is the fully produced version of Summer Morning. For this version, I invited Eileen Alanna, the singer from Fishing4Compliments to sing backing vocals and Alison Reynolds to play the cello. It is also the first time that a harp is part of the arrangement.

Eileen's voice blew me away when I first heard it and Alison and I are very good friends. She's also played the cello on another song of mine:

I'm more than happy to have Larry Salzman on percussion again and to introduce Mercedes Bralo Cisternas on harp.

I also wanted the song to merge with the sounds of nature, so I was thrilled when I found samples of waves and seabirds on soundbible.com

Last but not least, Nathan Illes mixed and mastered it.

It’s a summer morning by the sea
And the sun meets the horizon
The day begins so silently
And I wonder what I’ll be findin’

In the distance, you can hear the waves
And the cries of some sea birds
I can feel the salt on my face
Time stands still in this peaceful world

Sun rays are reflected by the sea
And the grains of sand are sparkling
This is nature wild and free
And the waves they splash so calmly

And a summer breeze carries my thoughts
Makes them sail across the ocean
Will they reach another shore
Will they bring luck where they're going

The waves are dancing around my feet
In the steady rhythm of the sea
