Shipping Info
Within Germany, shipping takes 1 -2 days, within Europe 3 - 10 days. Due to the COVID pandemic shipments to the US or Canada may take up to 8 weeks since airmail is not possible right now. For the same reason, it is unfortunately not possible to ship to Australia at the moment.
Return Policy
If there are any problems with your purchase, to arrange a return or for any other query please email info@annikajayne.com with the subject line: Bandcamp Return/Enquiry

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the shrink wrap has been removed.
